With reference to the attached Technical Specifications the power usage of the standard resistive geyser and the Harver geyser are calculated and tabulated below:

4.1.1 b) solar water heating systems compliance Not applicable.
4.1.2 Requirements for water installations in buildings shall be in accordance with SANS 10252-1 and SANS 10254 To be complied with.
4.1.3 All hot water service pipes with internal diameter ≤ 80mm shall be clad with insulation with a minimum R-value of 1,00 To be complied with.
4.1.4 Thermal insulation, if any, shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions To be complied with.

It is evident from above table that the Harver geyser consumes less electricity than a standard geyser but not the required 50%.
It is recommended that if the overall savings for the whole building with the Induction units fitted does not conform to the regulation an Intergrated solar geyser of 50-85 litre capacity be fitted to augment the induction geyser.
We recommend the Solo Intergrated geyser which we can supply.

The figures below are based on a 8 min shower with 9l/min shower heads using a total of 72L or of hot and cold water.

Thank you for purchasing our product. We certify that the split magnetic water heater has successfully passed the quality check.
The warranty covers manufacture and material defects provided:
The unit has been installed correctly and the unit is under normal use Warranty is null and void if the plug top is removed from the power cord
The unit is serviced by an authorised person.
The company will not be held responsible for any injury to persons, loss or damage to property due to product failure, malfunction operation etc, resulting from using the unit other than in accordance with the instructions provided.
The warranty is for 3 years on tank and 1 year on Electrical parts.
